We can not think of anything that would improve the care the patient was given on entering St Peters to a lovely warm smile to the healing hands of Alex who massaged the patient.
Thank you St Peters.
The staff have the time to talk to you and are very caring.
Dr's beautiful!!
Brilliant atmosphere.
Staff were always friendly made us feel included in everything, always willing to listen and explain things to us, they were like part of the family and the care and support we all received was amazing, they helped us understand what was happening and we always felt that they were very open and very open and honest.
We cannot thank them enough they are angels.
Deirdre was lovely, friendly and helpful without showing pity. She gave me some very useful suggestions. I am grateful for this help since my husband's death.
I wish I had had some help and support when my husband was dying in pain and distress. I felt abandoned by the hospice, maybe because I choose to nurse him myself at home, and because he died at holiday time/evening.
Good. The complete commitment to help and care.
Single occupancy.
With so much voluntary staff, I'm not always sure.
They know all the aims and agendas of St P's.
